Peter Westerhoff wins regional FameLab-Award Berlin-Brandenburg

A spontaneous and charming lecture about the load in the shoulder joint.

Peter Westerhoff, scientist and biomechanic at the Julius Wolff Institute of the CharitéUniversitätsmedizin Berlin has won the regional FameLab-Award Berlin-Brandenburg. Together with Jochen Müller, also scientist at the CharitéUniversitätsmedizin Berlin, the 34year old Peter Westerhoff will compete with nine other scientist at the German finale on April 9th.

FameLab
is an international competition organised by the British Council where scientist have to present their own research in an entertaining and understandable way. The scientist have got a time limit of three minutes and are not allowed to use powerpoint.

Peter Westerhoff presented the results of the measurement with instrumented implants. The regional television station rbb reported live from the event. The presentations of all participants are available on the homepage of the organizer.
